At the end of June, total capacity of installed wind power in Poland amounted to 1005,6 MW, and it took more than five years to achieve this level.

Poland has submitted to the European Commission the forecast fulfilling the obligation under Article 4(3) of Directive 20090/28/EC in the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources.

According to The Energy Regulatory Office informed that the total capacity installed onshore in Poland is 451,09 MW for 31.12.2008.
