The U.S. Ambassador to Finland, Bruce J. Oreck visited WinWinD’s Hamina wind turbine factory and the Summa Wind Park site with his delegation on 4 August. Mr. Oreck is known for his interest in wind power and other renewable energies, and WinWinD’s wind turbines made an ineradicable impression on Mr. Oreck.

WinWinD delivers three new wind turbines to Aulepa Wind Park in Estonia

By the summer 2011, WinWinD will deliver three new wind turbines to Aulepa Wind Park, owned by Estonian energy company Eesti Energia. The most powerful wind park in the Baltic countries will gain 9 MW of new capacity and its annual energy production will grow by 23 GWh.

WinWinD delivers a 24 megawatt wind park to Aseri, Estonia. The confirmed delivery con-tract was signed last Friday between Aseriaru Tuulepark AS and WinWinD. Nelja Energia OÜ, who is WinWinD’s client also in the Viru-Nigula and Vanakula Wind Parks, will act as a partner in the project.
